Having spent 2 years working with a national developer, Griffin comes equipped with a deep understanding of the industrial market, including tremendous insight of both the development side as well as the capital markets side of the commercial real estate industry.
Adept at fostering strong relationships with clients, Griffin excels at developing tailored solutions that align with the clients’ unique goals across all facets of real estate, including building acquisitions, expansions, dispositions, subleases, lease renewals, relocations, and build-to-suits for his clients. He has the keen ability to anticipate market trends, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations that enable clients to make informed decisions.
