Current responsibilities:

Gregg joined JLL in April 2010 as the first hire for the newly formed Hampton Roads office and is the industrial lead for the office.

In his current role Gregg handles and has handled a number of the largest and more complex tenant representation requirements and investment sales transactions.

Gregg has over 29 years’ experience and has negotiated over $1 billion worth of commercial leases, dispositions, and acquisitions during this time.
