​Current responsibilities
Gregory Lubar is Vice Chairman in JLL’s Washington, DC office and leads a DC Based Brokerage and Consulting Team that has worked on some of JLL’s largest projects around the world. Mr. Lubar’s practice is built on representing large organizations that seek to reduce operational costs through savings in labor, logistics, real estate, and operations, while improving on quality of life and cost of living factors for current and future employees. He has been with the firm for over 26 years. Mr. Lubar was named one of the 20 “Next Generation of Leaders” for the commercial real estate industry by Real Estate Forum Magazine.

Experience
Mr. Lubar specializes in end-user representation with a focus on strategic planning, project management, site selection, financial analysis, transaction structuring and incentive negotiations. Mr. Lubar has led some of JLL’s most complicated accounts for clients such as Volkswagen AG, VinFast, Rivian, The Advisory Board Company, Marriott, ICF International, Audi AG, The Carlyle Group, American Petroleum Institute, and We Work.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Lubar received his B.S.B.A. degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Washington Ballet and is the Chairman of the Board of the L’Enfant Trust for Historic Preservation. He also serves as a volunteer with Good Shepherd Ministries and has been a mentor to disadvantaged youths (one child for the past 20 years).
