Greg Ferraro’s primary responsibilities include consulting and advising clients in formulating and implementing real estate strategies in support of their operational objectives. Mr. Ferraro assists clients in handling transaction management through lease negotiations and acquisition/disposition services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally.
Greg has more than 8 years’ professional experience in business development as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to his clients. At JLL, he has assisted regional, national, and international companies such as La-Z-Boy, FLIR, Under Armour, and Nordstrom in their real estate strategy and transaction management throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area and on a national scale. Greg has also successfully delivered leasing and disposition solutions to local and institutional owners of industrial real estate.
Prior to joining JLL, Greg spent four years in a business development role in the staffing industry. During that time he gained experience supporting various industries including Industrial, Finance & Accounting, and IT/Telecommunications. Greg was instrumental in the development of new and existing business while managing delivery of service by overseeing a team of recruiters. Greg always tended to needs of both clients and his team by offering timely solutions to difficult problems, a focus on excellent client service, insight to market trends, and open communication.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a focus on International Business at Loyola University Maryland.
