Greg Astor brings nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the Agency Leasing team at Jones Lang LaSalle. Greg's diverse background in property and asset management offers a unique perspective to the tenant and landlord clients he represents. Greg prides himself on finding creative strategies to maximize value and minimize risk by constantly gathering market data, maintaining a high level of detail, and creating meaningful relationships with the brokerage and real estate community. Greg is committed to the dedicated care of his clients, and in a short time, has gained extensive experience with the process of navigating through complex transactions. Within the first three years of Greg's brokerage career, he has closed over 300,000 square feet of offlce space with a transaction volume in excess of 70 million dollars.
Prior to joining JLL, Greg started his brokerage career at Beverly Hills based First Property Realty Corporation. Greg began his career as a property manager at Jamison Services where he managed over 500,000 square foot of offlce space and served as the leasing manager for a portfolio of mixed-use assets.
