Current Responsibilities
Grant develops and expands relationships with clients to support a comprehensive strategy toward their commercial real estate projects. Using a team-based approach his clients benefit from both responsiveness, and expertise in each phase of work. His focus is primarily tenant representation within Office/Flex, and Industrial assets although property owners often seek his expertise in lease-up, and dispositions. The distinctive challenges of the varying assignments provide opportunities to bring a tactical approach to achieve success.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining JLL Grant worked for a large orthopedic manufacturer introducing new devices and techniques to Orthopedic surgeons and their operative team. His role required a broad knowledge of surgical products including expansive competitive offerings and surgical advancements which Grant gained hosting cadaveric labs, and extensive time in the operating room. Some behavioral traits he believes are of paramount importance in achieving a successful result are integrity, work-ethic, organization/preparedness, and time-management. Grant’s sense of purpose propels him and his clients to surpass their collective goals and enjoy the journey along the way.
