Current responsibilities
Graham Summers works with office tenants to develop and implement strategic real estate plans focused on reducing occupancy costs and mitigating risk. Mr. Summers leads the JLL Indianapolis business development efforts for mid and large size users with a focus on both local and national companies. In the last five years, Mr. Summers has closed in excess of 60 million dollars worth of transactions exclusively on behalf of tenants. He and his team represent Blackbaud, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, on their 25+ locations domestically and internationally.
