Current Responsibilities
Gini Rounsaville is a Vice President in Agency Leasing based in Dallas, Texas. Her focus includes the leasing and marketing of commercial office properties from ground up development to preexisting multi-tenant office buildings in DFW. Gini manages a portfolio of 2.5M SF that spans Uptown, Far North Dallas, and Irving.
Experience
Gini has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. During the course of her career, she has transacted over 3 million square feet of leases totaling more than $350 million in value. Notably, Gini has handled the leasing and marketing of Billingsley Company’s 1.3M SF office park at International Business Park and was part of the initial lease up and sale of The Union in Uptown. The Union, an 800,000 SF mixed use ground up development, traded at the highest price ever paid for such a property in North Texas. In addition, Gini’s career encompasses positions at companies among Peloton Commercial Real Estate, Fults Commercial Real Estate, and Labatt Food Service.
Education and Affiliations
Gini graduated from Tarleton State University. Gini has been very involved in volunteering and coordinating events for charities including Mercy Street, Habitat for Humanity, Dallas LIFE Homeless Shelter, and Elizabeth Toon Charities.
