Current Responsibilities:
Gina is the Director of the Onboarding Solutions department for JLL's Retail, Office and Industrial groups. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing and facilitating our property transitions and dispositions. She also leads our infrastructure team for receivership and distressed assets to ensure compliance with court orders and facilitate legal documentation. In addition, Gina oversees the development and execution of JLL’s onboarding and training platform for employees and ensures that JLL best practices are being implemented. She has significant experience in leading the transitions of large portfolios, which has recently included locations the Ivanhoé Cambridge portfolio of Retail assets, the Manulife office portfolio and the onboarding of employees and properties for the Sterling Bay Property Management joint venture.
Most recently, Gina served as the department head for JLL Retail’s Training and Transition department and previously was a Regional Marketing Manager for properties in the Eastern Division. In her role as Regional Marketing Manager, her primary responsibilities included the development and execution of marketing strategies to maximize sales and collaborating with leasing to enhance properties’ merchandise mix. Additionally, Gina managed Retail's strategic marketing efforts including sales programs, market research, development of national programs, and the execution of public relations and advertising initiatives.
During her almost than 30-year tenure at JLL, Gina held several marketing positions before being promoted to Regional Marketing Manager. Prior to joining JLL, Gina was an account representative with the Silberman Group, where she was responsible for overseeing ad and media fund accounts for malls in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Previous work experience includes special events coordination and management for The Rouse Company.
