Career summary
Gerry is a Senior Managing Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate. During his career, he has closed approximately $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions. He is currently engaged in advising the firm’s institutional, corporate and foreign clients in a variety of real estate matters.
Gerry is a senior member of JLL’s Global Capital Team, which coordinates the marketing of assets to international investors and develops strong relationships with offshore capital sources and their advisors seeking to invest in the United States.
