Current Responsibilities

George has over 35 years of experience in Negotiating lease transactions on behalf of companies based in Fairfield and Westchester County. As Executive Vice President of JLL, George advises Office Tenants on timely market dynamics and occupancy strategies that allow those Tenants to align their corporate real estate needs with their business objectives. Through strategic negotiating strategies, George assists clients in lowering real estate cost, minimizing occupancy risks and improving occupancy control and flexibility to yield a more productive office environment.

Through JLL’s platform of 180 offices in 60 countries, George serves as a “single point of contact” for Clients that have multi-market requirements both nationally and internationally and effectively “partners” with those clients that value thoughtful, consistent and strategic transactional services. In addition to his Tenant Representation Services, he also advises institutional owners on the marketing, leasing and investment sales of institutional grade real estate

George has successfully completed over 380 corporate real estate transactions totaling 3,825,000 RSF with an aggregate transactional value of more than $480,000,000.

Education

George holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Affiliations

George is a lifelong resident of Fairfield County. He supports a number of charitable foundations including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the . He is an avid Backcountry skier and competitive sailor having logged over 25,000 Ocean miles, including several Transatlantic crossings. George is a member of the New York Yacht Club and The Storm Trysail Club. George lives in Darien with his wife Anne. Their 3 young adults are now “up and out” and gainfully employed.
