Current Responsibilities:
Geoff excels in helping his clients’ businesses flourish. As their real estate partner and advisor, he guides them through the complex real estate process so that they make the best real estate decisions for their business. Geoff focuses and specializes in industrial end-user representation and works extensively in the largest industrial submarkets, Northwest and North Houston. His solutions involve occupancy strategy, lease renewal and relocation evaluation, property acquisition and disposition, negotiation and market trends.
Experience:
Before joining JLL in 2015, Geoff played with the Washington Nationals baseball organization for two years. His time on the field instilled in him the skill set needed for his brokerage career: patience, tenacity, teamwork and intuition while working for the greater goal of the team.
