Current Responsibilities:
Mr. Politi is responsible for developing new business and strengthening relationships with JLL’s existing clients. Mr. Politi is an expert in NJ’s Turnpike Corridor market and utilizes JLL’s extensive platform to assist his clients nationwide.
Experience:
Mr. Politi has been a member of one of the most prominent Industrial Real Estate teams in NJ since 2013. His clients served include Prologis, Bridge Development Group, John Wiley & Sons, Pilot Freight Services, Pinnacle Freight Systems, GGI, Ukay Delivery and Gould Paper Inc.
Honors:
Mr. Politi received JLL’s Rookie of the Year award during his first year at JLL in 2013. He went on to receive JLL’s Top Achiever award in 2016 and 2017 which recognizes JLL’s top sales performers for the year.
Specialty:
Search and acquisition of industrial properties in conjunction with being a liaison to JLL’s platform which includes: Project Management, Economic Incentives, Supply Chain and Logistics and Property Management.
Education and Background:
Mr. Politi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from James Madison University. Mr. Politi resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
