Gary, a Managing Director of the JLL Los Angeles region, exclusively represents Tenants and specializes in multi-market account management. Throughout his career, he has helped companies structure and negotiate lease and purchase transactions. Gary provides his clients with a full range of advisory services and is an expert in orchestrating specialty services, including transaction management, consulting/strategic planning, and lease administration. He enjoys helping his clients shape real estate strategies that support their overall corporate objectives.
Gary brings over 27 years of experience in domestic and international corporate real estate assignments. He started his career as a real estate attorney and subsequently served as a corporate real estate executive for over 14 years including 11 years at Mattel, Inc. where he was Vice President of Global Real Estate managing their 18 million square foot real estate portfolio consisting of over 250 facilities worldwide.
