Senior Vice President
As a member of the Tenant Representation team, Mr. Shepherd focuses on implementing occupancy strategies which meet the specific operational and financial objectives of each client, both in Atlanta, and around the country. Mr. Shepherd's responsibilities include needs assessment, and oversight of market research, financial modeling, and negotiation strategy for each project. Much of his recent work has helped the firm's clients reduce real estate spend through optimization of their leased portfolio, while helping his clients assess how the real estate decision will best support broader initiatives such as recruitment & retention, branding, and employee productivity.
Mr. Shepherd began his real estate career in 2004, and since that time he has represented clients in over 1 million square feet of lease transactions. He serves real estate users in a number of industries, including professional services, technology, financial services, and manufacturing.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Shepherd played with five franchises of the National Football League as an offensive tackle.

Mr. Shepherd earned a bachelor's degree from Duke University with a major in Economics.
