Current Responsibilities
As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Gannon works with client executive teams to create and implement a real estate plan which supports the larger business strategy. Gannon is passionate about understanding the unique impact that real estate has on the finances and employee productivity of each business. His responsibilities include needs assessment, business intelligence, transaction strategy and modeling, and coordination of all JLL service lines which will support a successful client outcome.
Experience and Accomplishments
Since 2004, Gannon has worked with a broad set of industries including legal and professional services, financial services, technology, and manufacturing. With experience in leading the service delivery for client projects that range from large Headquarters evaluations to portfolios of over 100 locations, he understands that every client need deserves thoughtful communication and attention, regardless of the square footage.
Education and Affiliations
Prior to entering the real estate business, Gannon attended Duke University, and then played four years in the National Football League.
Gannon’s personal interests include cycling, music, and spending time with his three daughters.
