Current responsibilities:

Frank Wilkinson is a senior vice president in the Project and Development Services group and is currently managing a technology company 300,000 RSF headquarters renovation project in NYC. Immediately prior, he managed a professional team in providing on-site consulting to Empire State Realty Trust [ESRT] tenants with expansion or construction fit-out projects, and the REIT generally with creating and executing the highest-level standards and practices. Frank excels at strategic planning and implementation of complex infrastructure and fit-out building alterations.

Experience:

Frank is a Registered Architect who began his career designing world-class office buildings and commercial interiors, with projects for highly rated advertising agencies, law firms and financial institutions in award-winning design firms. Over 15 years ago, after participating in over 6m RSF of interior designed space, Mr. Wilkinson began representing building owners and tenants on project development. He brings these many years and wide ranging of experience to bear for projects of any type.

Mr. Wilkinson guides clients from site selection through to move-in. He motivates design and construction professionals to perform at the highest levels of quality. His construction sensibilities enable him to produce detailed schedules and budgets. Prior to joining JLL, Frank managed relocation projects, and corporate restacks internationally in senior roles with architectural firms, and in corporate real estate departments of large corporations. He utilizes his deep understanding of business process and facility life-cycle to assist clients in developing operational strategies and business continuity planning.

Education and affiliations:

Frank earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and is an active alumnus with appointments to the Cornell Real Estate Council and Sorority & Fraternity Advisory Council. He stays current with industry best practices and sustainable construction methods.
