Current Responsibilities:
Francesca Howard is a Vice President at JLL, focusing on retail advisory services in Southern California and Puget Sound markets. She has a proven record in executing leasing strategies, developing meaningful merchandising plans, negotiating leases including renewals, and has a finish line approach to deal making. Francesca has built strong relationships with local and national retailers and stays on top of market and industry retail trends, delivering successful results for clients. She possesses strong leasing knowledge of various retail product types to provide a broad spectrum of best leasing practices. She has represented both landlords and tenants nationally in regional malls, grocery anchored centers, lifestyle developments, and mixed-use and office projects with large retail components.
Experience:
Prior to JLL, Francesca served as a Senior Leasing Manager for QIC working on new leasing and renewals within the West Coast’s 5.8M-square-foot retail portfolio. During COVID-19, she successfully negotiated more than 50 rent relief transactions protecting a total of $5.4M in annual revenue. Prior to QIC, she held the role of Senior Leasing Manager at Vintage Real Estate overseeing the 4M SF retail portfolio through the divesting of all assets.
Francesca has also worked bringing tenants and landlords together in the greater Atlanta and Boston markets, Oregon, Washington, Nevada.
