Brief Overview
Ethan Nhaisi is a Transaction Manager within the Transaction Management team based out of JLL’s Midtown Manhattan office. He has been with the firm for 3 years and provides consultation services to The Bank of New York Mellon where he helps to proactively manage a 10m s.f. portfolio across the Americas. His focus is on commercial lease negotiations, financial analysis, asset dispositions, and occupancy management/planning.
Experience
Ethan previously served as a Senior Analyst for Stagwell Global (formerly MDC Partners). He was responsible for financial analysis, transaction management, and lease administration for a 2m s.f. global portfolio comprising 70+ marketing agencies. Additionally, Ethan contributed to the successful merger of MDC Partners and the Stagwell Marketing Group.
Prior to JLL, Ethan served as a Financial Analyst at CBRE in Capital Markets as part of the National Retail Partners Florida team. He was responsible for property valuations, underwriting, and the creation of offering memorandums and supported the sale of +$500m in retail investment sales.
