Erin Haglund is a corporate real estate and design professional who is passionate about helping her clients achieve their ambitions. Her expertise is in building and empowering high performing teams to deliver innovative thought leadership, exceptional operational performance, and trusted partnership to clients in support of their built environment strategies.
Erin is currently the Global Account Executive on the Capital One account. She is responsible for the successful delivery of real estate services for over 13 million SF of client portfolio across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. She oversees a team of 400+ delivering IFM, Project Management, Space Planning, Human Experience, Transactions, Technology, Lease Administration, Finance and Risk & Compliance services with a budget of over $900M.
Experience:
Erin brings over 20 years’ experience in the areas of client management, architecture, planning and workplace facilities strategy. During her eight years on the Capital One account, Erin has held several roles culminating as the Global Account Executive. She has partnered with her client to develop and mature a robust, world class real estate strategy encompassing multiple service lines and elevating the workplace experience. She has successfully built award winning, high performing teams, delivered exceptional operational performance, YOY growth and best in class voice of the customer scores.
Prior to joining JLL, Erin worked in architectural consulting and focused on client relationship management, developing design and experience strategies, and collaborating through all phases of facilities projects. She has successfully managed clients and teams throughout all sectors of corporate, higher education, and institutional industries.

Erin holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
