Erin Haglund is a corporate real estate professional who is passionate about helping her clients achieve their ambitions. Her expertise is in building and empowering high performing teams to deliver innovative thought leadership, exceptional operational performance, and trusted partnership to clients in support of their built environment strategies.
Erin is currently a Managing Director in JLL’s Financial Services vertical. She leads the design and implementation of dynamic real estate portfolio strategies for top tier banking clients in JLL’s largest industry sector.
Experience:
Erin brings over 20 years’ experience in architecture, corporate real estate and facilities management. During her time with JLL, Erin has held several leadership roles managing key client relationships and overseeing operations across AMER, EMEA and APAC. She has partnered with her clients to deliver world class workplace and retail spaces, portfolio transformations and leading-edge data and technology strategies. She has successfully built award winning teams and earned a strong reputation as a trusted and strategic client advisor.
Prior to joining JLL, Erin worked in the architectural design and construction industry and brings a wealth of technical knowledge, thought leadership and strategic capabilities to her team, partners and clients.
Interests:
Erin lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, two sons and two golden retrievers. In her free time, she loves serving in her church community, running and cycling and embracing her role as a soccer mom cheering from the sidelines of her kids’ games.

Erin holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
