Eric is a Senior Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate Investment Advisory. As a member of the Miami Investment Advisory Group, he is primarily focused on the sale of retail assets located throughout the State of Florida. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Williams has been involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $6.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Williams joined the firm in October 2015. Prior to HFF, he worked in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was focused on Investment Advisory of retail properties throughout the Southeast.
