Eric Westphal is a Managing Director in the Vienna, VA office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, specializing in multi-housing and agency debt financing. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has a strong background in equity asset management, credit/underwriting, and agency debt production support.
Eric joined JLL in 2018 after working at Fannie Mae in roles within the Equity and Structured Asset Management group and the Northeast Credit/Underwriting team. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.
