Eric currently serves as an Associate at JLL focusing on Agency Office Leasing and Tenant Representation. His main area of emphasis will be supporting landlord’s across the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo markets. Additionally, Eric will provide transaction representation to end users locally to better assist their real estate needs.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Eric worked as a Transaction Manager with a local ownership group, Crescendo Commercial Realty, who focused on the acquisitions of multi-tenanted medical office buildings throughout the US. His primary role was overseeing the leasing and transactions in their Northeast Ohio and Texas regions of their national portfolio. In his time there, he successfully managed roughly 760,000 square feet of real estate spread over several markets.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University with a dual major in Finance and Business Pre-Law. He spent his early career in the financial services industry, working with a national brokerage firm providing wealth management and financial planning to clients. This background has complimented Eric’s approach to real estate transactions, giving him an analytical slant in his representation.
