Eric has more than 13 years of experience in all phases of property assessment for both real and personal property, with an emphasis on complex valuations. He started his career in property tax at the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office, where he finished the 12-month appraiser trainee program at the top of the class. His consulting experience spans multiple property types including; mixed-use, multi-family, retail, biopharmaceutical, high-tech/R&D, hospital, hotel, office, data center, manufacturing, theme park and other special use properties.
