Career summary

Eric is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisitions and specializes in retail and mixed-use assets.

He started working at HFF in December 2016. Before that, he was a vice president of Capital Markets and Partner on the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Investment Advisors Northern California team. Eric is an active member of NAIOP and ICSC. He is co-founder of the Cal Blue & Gold Bash, which created formal programming for alumni engagement, and for which he received the UC Berkeley Alumni Association Bradford S. King Award for Excellence in Service. Eric previously served on Jill’s Legacy, an advisory board to the Lung Cancer Foundation.
