Current responsibilities
Eric Caldwell serves as a Senior Vice President for JLL Valuation Advisory and is responsible for performing various appraisal and consulting services. In addition to appraisal services, his responsibilities include client communications, appraisal review, and business development primarily for the Iowa market.
Experience
Mr. Caldwell joined JLL through the acquisition of Integra Realty Resources - St. Louis in December 2016 and was previously with IRR since 2013. He has experience in the valuation and analysis of commercial office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality and vacant land properties. Mr. Caldwell also has experience in appraising institutional Class A assets across varying major assets types on a national basis. He has appraised some of the largest (re)development sites in the St. Louis market, including Ballpark Village, Chesterfield Mall, and two grocery-anchored shopping center portfolios comprising over 50 centers in the St. Louis MSA and surrounding areas. Additionally, he has appraised some of Des Moines’ most prominent office buildings for real estate tax appeal purposes.
