Eric Berkowitz is a Senior Associate with JLL, providing real estate advisory services to clients throughout the Philadelphia region. He specializes in portfolio management, dispositions, site selection, transaction management and strategic planning. Eric is well-versed in leveraging the enormous resources within JLL for the benefit of his clients and has a reputation for becoming an extension of his clients’ commercial real estate teams.
Experience:
Eric joined JLL in 2021 after serving as Senior Transaction Manager and Chief of Staff at Dilworth Paxson LLP and Reed Smith LLP. He played a lead role in over 1,600 complex structured finance transactions and was responsible for cultivating relationships with the firm’s top revenue producing clients. Since joining JLL, Eric has quickly established himself as a strategic real estate partner with some of the region’s largest organizations in the financial, legal and non-profit sectors. Some of Eric’s clients include WSFS Bank, MedCoShare, North Highland, The Pennsylvena Horticulatural Society, Seeger Weiss and Option Care Health.
Eric serves as Vice President, Board of Directors of The Parkinson Council, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with Parkinson’s in the Philadelphia region. Eric also serves as an outside strategic advisor to the Pamela and Ajay Raju Foundation, The Germination Project and The Philadelphia Citizen.
He holds a BA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
