Eric Antonini serves as a Vice President at JLL, focused on tenant advisory services. With over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, Eric has facilitated transactions totaling over 750,000 square feet.
Prior to joining the JLL Team in Portland, Eric worked as a Tenant Representation Broker for the Staubach Co. and remained with the Staubach Co. through JLL’s acquisition of the firm in 2008. Eric has experience in Tenant transactions in markets across the country, including Chicago, Minneapolis, Washington DC and throughout California.
Throughout his career, Eric has become an expert in energy efficiency and smart building operations that reduce operational costs and improve economic value for clients. In 2017, he completed the sustainable homes professional (SHP) program at Earth Advantage and led the design and construction of Lake Oswego’s first Earth Advantage Platinum Net Zero energy home. Eric has a passion for mindfulness, yoga and meditation and is currently working towards WELL AP accreditation.
