Emily Minnier is an Associate Broker for JLL’s Office Agency team in Phoenix, specializing in representing landlords in the office, flex, and life science market sectors. She assumes key responsibilities in managing complex transactions and strategic decision-making, serving as a liaison for property owners, C-Suite executives, and corporate real estate decision-makers. Emily is known for delivering articulate and detail-oriented service, ensuring direct communication and exceptional client experiences. Her team is recognized as premier service providers to a large list of clients, including Workspace Property Trust, LBA Realty, ManuLife, MacQuarie Group, and many others.

Emily’s business acumen and sales expertise have contributed to surpassing sales targets and spearheading strategic business development initiatives across multiple sectors.
Education and Affiliations
Emily is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving in various committees within these organizations. Notably, she sits on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Steering Committee and co-chairs the NAIOP Developing Leaders Education Committee. She also participates in the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative, ULI Partnership Forum, ULI Diversity Equity Inclusion program, and other industry affiliations such as Valley Partnership and AZCREW. Emily is dedicated to philanthropy and serves as a mentor at New Pathways for Youth during her spare time.
