Ellen began her career with Boston Properties as a construction manager. In this capacity, she was responsible for construction in the Washington, DC metropolitan area of both new building construction and tenant fit-out totaling in excess of 2 million square feet.
Prior to the merger with JLL Ellen was a Principal with The Staubach Company in the New York office. She also lead the Design and Construction Consulting Division for the Washington office and in 1995 founded the Non Profit Practice Group for the company and lead assignments with organizations such as the Smithsonian, the District of Columbia and the Public Broadcasting System.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.

Currently, Ellen serves on the Board of the League Treatment Center in Brooklyn. She is a past President of Corporate Real Estate Women (CREW) and served on the boards of Jubilee Alliance, Clarkson’s Alumni Executive Council, AREW, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and CASA for Children.
