Current Responsibilities:
Elizabeth serves as Vice President Market Lead for the Bay Area with JLL. In her role, she oversees property operations, staffing and client relations in the region.
Experience:
Elizabeth has twenty two years of commercial real estate property management experience.
Prior to joining JLL, Elizabeth was responsible for contract negotiation, oversight and management of 3rd party property management services for an industrial and office building portfolio in the Bay Area and Seattle with REDCO Development. She developed due diligence processes for acquisitions; implemented policies and procedures for various JV partners; and served as the company utility team player filling in where needed on construction, leasing, tenant engagement and asset management.
Prior to joining REDCO, Elizabeth worked for LBA Realty as Regional Operations Manager where she was responsible for the management of 5 million square feet of office, industrial and R&D in LBA’s Northern California portfolio. Prior to joining LBA Realty, Elizabeth managed commercial Class A high rise properties for CAC Real Estate Management Co in San Francisco and Crescent Real Estate Equities in Houston.
Education and Affiliations:
Elizabeth graduated from Dickinson College with a BA in International Business and Management. While obtaining her degree, she studied for a year and a half at Oxford University’s Trinity College. In addition to having her California Real Estate Brokers License, she has obtained her RPA, FMA, and CPM designations.
