Current Responsibilities
Ms. Ringbom oversees the property management functions including client and tenant relations, lease administration, construction supervision, budgeting and marketing for the company's property portfolio. Retailers and owners alike recognize her hands-on approach to management and creative solutions. Her tenacity achieves results for owners, giving her a reputation for turning mediocre properties into top performers.

Experience
Ms. Ringbom has been in retail property management for over 30 years. She has extensive experience in management, strategic planning, development and renovation of shopping centers. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Ringbom was Chief Operating Officer of Shelter Bay Retail Group for over 20 years. Ms. Ringbom started her career as a Property Manager for Terranomics Retail Services.

Education and Affiliations
Ms. Ringbom received her BA from Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles, California and has earned her Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and was also awarded the Certified Retail Executive designation (CRX) by the same organization in 2013. She is a licensed California real estate salesperson and a licensed Arizona real estate broker.
