As a prominent member of the JLL Industrial Team, Eddie Shuai provides comprehensive real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients throughout Northern California and nationally. Eddie provides his clients with strategic solutions that allow them to have speed to market while saving time and money to execute their plan and achieving their operational objectives.
In addition, Eddie’s ability to speak Mandarin allows him to create transparency to his Asia-Pacific clientele. He provides his Asia Pacific clients with a tailored strategy that aligns with their core values that deliver results through his representation and execution.
Experience:
During his 20 years in the industry, Eddie has transacted more than 80 million square feet of office, industrial, and manufacturing products on behalf of investors and occupiers.
On the occupier side, he has successfully represented some of the largest multinational firms in the Bay Area, to meet and address their real estate challenges.
Prior to joining JLL, Eddie was a Vice President at BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield). He was consistently a top performer and recognized multiple times as a Top Producer.

Education and Affiliations:
Eddie graduated from the University of Colorado where he acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Fluent in Mandarin, Chinese, he is an active member of the Silicon Valley Chinese Computer Association (SVCACA) and the Association of Manufacturing Bay Area (AMBA).
Eddie lives in Lafayette with his wife and three children and enjoys mountain biking, live music and spending time outdoors.
