Current Responsibilities:
Based in JLL’s Denver, Colorado office, Duncan Heitman is a Senior Director. Duncan currently is the Global Transaction Management lead for the new WD Client Raytheon. Duncan has been tasked with building the team, process, technology and integrating a global model for the client. He also is responsible for overseeing and managing the P&L for the TM delivery.
Experience:
Duncan has worked within the corporate real estate industry for over twenty-nine (29) years, the last nineteen (19) years at JLL – serving tenants exclusively. Duncan has worked as the Global Account Lead for MetLife, Xerox and United States Postal Service. Additionally, Duncan has worked with and managed a significant number of corporate clients that have multi-site portfolios within the Colorado Front-Range region, including CA, Inc., Lockheed Martin Corporation and Farmers.
Education & Affiliations:
Duncan received his master’s (MS) degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business in 2004. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colorado State University in 1995.
