Executive Managing Director
Drew Saunders is Executive Managing Director at JLL and is the Brokerage Lead for the Long Island, Westchester, and Fairfield markets serviced out of JLL’s Melville and Stamford offices. Drew is responsible for all aspects of the brokerage business in these markets including growth strategies, P&L management, talent, support structures and initiative implementation.
In addition, Drew also leads the Tri-State Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team, serving as the single point of contact. Drew’s team coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Strategic Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives.
This vertically integrated approach allows his team to provide their global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. Their ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures their client’s real estate strategy is aligned with their long-term business objectives.
Drew’s specialties include Portfolio Solutions, Corporate Headquarters, New York City Real Estate, Major Real Estate Projects, Global Real Estate Solutions, Corporate Real Estate, Business Transformation, Incentives, and Strategic Planning.
Drew has deep Portfolio and Headquarters experience. Most recently he represented WWE in relocating and consolidating its global headquarters, operations and production facilities to one iconic downtown Stamford location. Drew also represented Diageo with the relocation of its CT offices to downtown Stamford, and the relocation of its North American operations from Norwalk, CT to 3 World Trade, NYC.
Drew also serves as a strategic advisor for multiple global and national corporations.

Drew holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. He is a board member at Eagle Hill School in Greenwich, CT and has been recognized for several industry awards including:
