Current Responsibilities:
Drew Olson focuses on advising retail tenants and landlords throughout Southern California. His active listings include neighborhood shopping centers, retail developments, mixed-use ground floor retail, and consulting services for owners and retailers. Drew is actively leasing multiple agency assignments and works closely with national brands to provide quality placement.
Experience:
Drew has been with JLL for two years and specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Prior to joining JLL, Drew’s background in real estate focused on retail property management and leasing at J & P Development. Drew spent two years at J & P and worked on multiple transactions across Southern California.
