Current responsibilities
Drake Moore serves as Senior Vice President of JLL's Valuation Advisory in the United States. In this role, he focuses on conducting appraisals, market studies, and consulting assignments for senior housing and health care properties nationwide, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), senior apartments, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs). Additionally, Mr. Moore has been involved in appraisal matters in over 35 states.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in March 2019, Mr. Moore was with National Valuation Consultants, Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President with the Dallas office and worked on a variety of property types, experience in multifamily, industrial, retail, medical office, and senior housing. Prior to that, from November 2009 through November 2016, Mr. Moore was a Senior Director with a Seniors Housing & Health Care Specialty Practice of another national firm. He has held senior level positions with the B.F. Saul Company, Marshall & Stevens, Inc. and Mercury Savings. In 1992, he founded and managed the L.D. Moore Company, which provided real estate appraisal, brokerage, and realty advisory services on a national level. From 1996 through 1997,
he also served as an officer and shareholder of a North Texas construction company.
