Doug Newbert is an Executive Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle in the Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. Doug specializes in Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing for clients in the Philadelphia Suburban Market.
Experience:
Doug brings over 26 years of commercial real estate experience to Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Doug was a Partner at SSH Real Estate in charge of running their Philadelphia suburban office. Doug was also previously a Senior Director at GVA Smith Mack. Past experience includes working at Jones Lang LaSalle in Philadelphia and Mohr Partners in Tampa. In these positions, Doug has extensive experience representing tenants and landlords. His business development and transactional work includes the negotiation of over 10 million square feet of office and industrial space across the country.
Education:
Doug received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Doug has coached youth baseball, basketball and soccer in Lower Merion Township since 2004.
