Current Responsibilities
Donielle Watkins currently serves as the Financial Services Industry Lead. In this role, Donielle focuses on translating our financial clients visions and goals into solutions by aligning and integrating all aspects of our project management delivery.
As a strategic leader, she drives innovation and improvements by serving as the subject matter expert for PDS related business across both accounts and the market and is responsible for helping secure new business opportunities and maintaining current client relationships.
Experience
With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Donielle brings a diverse background to any client. She has performed transactions work, ran large-scale development/construction projects, and spent time in asset valuations.
Prior to Donielle’s current role, she was the Regional PDS Lead in the Central/Midwest region on the UHG account, Bank of America Account and JP Morgan Chase account. In those Regional Lead roles, Donielle helped develop strategies for key stakeholders and lead diverse teams of 50+ professionals that managed over 1700 projects, equating to over $13M of annual revenue, all while consistently exceeded client expectations. Working on the three largest JLL PDS accounts, Donielle led teams that oversaw retail and office projects, including renovations, expansions, dispositions, and ground-up new construction with financial institutions and healthcare clients. In prior roles as Team Lead, Donielle provided project planning, coordination, and oversight of scope, schedule, and budget as the subject matter expert for ground-up construction. She was responsible for managing 6+ direct reports and a variety of project types that ranged from administrative to retail ATM/ATA projects and new financial centers.
Education and Affiliations
Donielle has a bachelor’s and MBA from Florida A&M University. She is a LEED AP Associate and Licensed Managing Broker in IL.
