Role:
Don Bucci is the Managing Director and Market Lead for JLL’s Project & Development Services (PDS) practice, for which he is responsible for all PDS operations in Connecticut, Westchester, and Greater New York State. He has spent 35+ years managing projects within the real estate, design, and construction communities, and is currently managing a team of thirty project management professionals. As a respected leader in this marketplace, Don has developed outstanding relationships with the design and construction professionals of this area, and is able to leverage those relationships on his clients’ behalf. His “hands-on” approach provides him the ability to lend his expertise and strategic solutions to all projects managed by his staff.
Experience:
While managing the daily operations of his practice, Don has also provided executive level oversight for clients, including, but not limited to, IBM, Bridgewater Associates, Charter Communications, vineyard vines, Heineken USA, GE Capital, Interactive Brokers, Ascensia Diabetes Care, Iona College, Rye Country Day School, Cablevision (MSG), NatWest, Regeneron, Westchester Children’s Museum, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Goldman Sachs, and Philips Medical.
The Stamford, Connecticut based Project and Development team that Don has built is comprised of senior leaders with multidisciplined professional experiences.
Education and affiliations:
Don is a graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a member of CoreNet Global (Connecticut/Westchester Chapter), Real Estaste Finance Association of Connecticut (REFA), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the Westchester Business Council, and the Westchester March of Dimes Fund Raising Committee.
