Current Responsibilities:
Dominic Parella is a project manager with experience ranging from ground-up multifamily development, class B office tenant improvement, Custom Residential homes, ground-up commercial development, public works renovation, and project preconstruction services.
Dominic’s most recent project is working with Absorptions Systems and Bridge Housing to budget, development, schedule and complete various aspects of construction throughout their sites. Projects ranged from rerouting of underground utilities, facility generator replacements, clean room and lab build outs, and permitting and subcontractor buyout.
Experience:
Dominic has 4 years of construction and project management experience and holds LEED AP BD+C accreditation, in addition he retains a QSP (Qualified SWPPP Practitioner) certification. During the past 4 years he has been involved with 6 projects valued at more than $250 million, working for prominently multifamily developers such as: The Hanover Company and Murfey Company. In addition to multifamily, he has spent time working on commercial space ground ups in Seattle for the Vulcan Group, and multiple custom residences throughout California.
Dominic has experience in all facets of project management, including pre-construction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting and onsite coordination. Dominic specializes in high level organization, efficient communication, and day to day project management operations.

Dominic is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
