Current responsibilities
Derek Maunsell serves as an Executive Director of JLL Valuation Services in the United States focusing on Industrial Valuations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Maunsell spent 17 years in the America’s Valuation Group with Industrial REIT Prologis where he served as a First Vice President focusing on valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, and financial reporting in their America’s Fund and REIT Businesses.
Mr. Maunsell led the fund valuation process which included valuing over 1,500 assets valued quarterly. He has been involved in over $75 billion in portfolio acquisitions relating to industrial properties in the Americas. He has extensive experience in Latin America where he was involved in the successful launch of and quarterly valuation process for FIBRAPL.
Prior to Prologis, he owned his own appraisal firm based in Colorado covering all asset classes in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona.
