Current responsibilities
Mr. DeMartino joined the leasing team in September of 2008 and is currently Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services servicing northern New Jersey.
His has been involved with numerous tenant rep and agency assignments which include a 130,000 SF headquarters relocation, expansion locations, as well as other office relocations and renewals.
Experience
Prior to joining the leasing team, Derek was a senior project manager for the Northeast region for the Ernst & young account. Additionally, he was employed by The Gale Company for 6 years as a construction project manager handling both core and shell and tenant fit-out office projects. During his time there, he managed projects that included an 8-story office building and parking garage sturcture, a hospital expansion, as well as numerous interior fit-out's for corporate clients.
Derek is a graduate of Penn State University holding a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in construction management.
