Current responsibilities

Dennis Williamson serves as a Vice President with JLL Valuation Advisory in the United States. In this role, he uses his breadth and depth of knowledge of real estate and the appraisal industry to supervise registered appraisal trainees as they become state-certified and support the existing staff of certified appraisers. Mr. Williamson continues to inspect properties during the year in as many as 25 states. He is also focused on maintaining the high-quality appraisals of commercial properties and maintaining client satisfaction.

Experience

Prior to coming to JLL in 2016, Mr Williamson had a successful 21-year appraisal and consulting practice in west-central Illinois. Prior to that, he had a 16-year career in banking, 15 of those years with Wells Fargo. Mr. Williamson has appraised most types of commercial properties including owner-occupied, multi-tenant and single-tenant retail and office buildings, industrial properties, hotels, and apartments and has worked on behalf of law firms, lenders, and investors. Mr. Williamson is also experienced in agricultural land valuation and has served as a professional witness. Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Williamson was with Integra Realty Resources.

  • BSBA Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha
  • Master’s degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin
