Current responsibilities:
Based in Chicago, Dennis is a leading authority on commercial real estate activity in the Midwest region, serving as a market expert and JLL representative, and partnering with the business community, media, and public sector.
Experience:
Dennis has over 30 years of experience in creating and implementing economic development and land use plans, projects and programs throughout greater Chicago and the state of Illinois. Before joining JLL, he served as the Executive Vice President for Business Development at World Business Chicago, where he was accountable for the overall performance of one of the nation’s leading economic development organizations.
Education and affiliations:
Dennis holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He is an active member of the International Economic Development Council.
Outside interests:
Dennis frequently guest lectures on urban planning and policy at Chicago area universities and is an avid collector of maps.
