President, U.S. Industrial Property Management
Current responsibilities
Debra Bonebrake is the President of Industrial Property Management. She is responsible for the national industrial property management platform for JLL. In this role Debra oversees both the operational platform and the long-term strategic direction of the industrial property management business. JLL’s current portfolio serves national and local owners of industrial real estate. The industrial team is comprised of industry leading experts providing a strategic partnership to national industrial owners.
Debra serves on the JLL property management leadership committee, the industrial leadership council and the industrial property management council. She represents the interests of the national industrial property management platform and offers her experience to new opportunities and ideas.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL Debra spent 18 years at Prologis, where she was responsible for the development a world-class property management organization from the ground up. She led the property management organization through four mergers – growing Prologis North America from 70 million square feet to 350 million square feet. More recently she was with Realty Income Corporation, where she was responsible for the oversight of the industrial and office portfolio for Realty Income.
Education and Affiliations
Debra holds a BS in Journalism from West Virginia University, graduating with honors and a minor in English and History. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of NAIOP.
