Current responsibilities
Debbie Gibson is currently a Vice President within Project and Development Services (PDS) in the Northern California practice. Debbie excels at developing and mentoring teams while leading and delivering challenging projects. Her approach focuses on providing the highest level of customer service and professionalism, while fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.
Experience
Debbie has more than 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry. She began her career at KBM Hogue, managing commercial furniture procurement and installation for five years. She transitioned to construction, working for Principal Builders, Inc. and Massaro Corporation for a combined 11 years; managing tenant improvement projects and ground-up projects of varying size and complexity.
Education and affiliations
Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley. She became a LEED Green Associate in in 2013 and has received OSHA 10-Hour and Infection Control Risk Assessment ICRA-8 certifications.
