Current Responsibilities
Deanna is a Executive Vice President in the Integrated Portfolio Services group, specializing in portfolio management and corporate real estate strategy to ultimately provide her clients significant occupancy cost savings. She advises clients on their real estate requirements, including relocations, expansions, dispositions and acquisitions. She currently serves as the Account Manager and Transaction Manager for several portfolio accounts, including Qualfon and Alliance Data Card Services.
Additionally, Deanna is national Co-Lead of JLL’s Contact Center Solutions practice group, which provides technology and consultation for third-party and corporate contact center requirements including location strategy, site selection, transaction management and construction. The Contact Center Solutions team combines real estate expertise with labor intelligence to develop solutions that align operational and workforce requirements with locations that best support business and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience
Prior to her current role, Deanna was the Practice Group Lead for the Midwest Markets Tenant Representation group. In this role, she established new and grew existing industry practice groups including the Headquarters Practice Group, Occupier Development Services, and Contact Center Solutions.
Before joining the Tenant Representation group, Deanna served as the Americas Knowledge Manager for Project and Development Services. Her responsibilities included managing all sales and marketing content on behalf of more than 1,500 project managers.
Prior to joining JLL, Deanna was an Associate at MacGregor Global Investments. She was responsible for consulting programs focused on corporate growth strategy, investment strategy development, private equity real estate product design, marketing material creation and operational due diligence. She also led institutional capital raising campaigns covering investors and pension consultants for global commingled fund and separate account programs.
Education and Affiliations
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Policy from Northwestern University and resides in Chicago, Illinois.
She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and earned FINRA Series 7, 66 and 79 licenses. Deanna serves on the Board for Lincoln Park Community Services, a comprehensive social services agency for men and women experiencing homelessness in Chicago. Deanna is also the Chief Operating Officer of the Chicago chapter of JLL's Women's Business Network. In her spare time, Deanna enjoys singing, cooking (and eating!), music, traveling and bargain-hunting.
