Current Responsibilities
Deana Beer is a Senior Vice President, specializing exclusively in owner representation for Tampa Bay area properties. Deana currently partners on the leasing of 3.6 m.s.f of office space. With expertise in developing successful leasing and marketing strategies, strong analytical and lease negotiation skills, and high professional regards in the brokerage community have made her a strong ally for owners.
Experience
Deana began her career in commercial real estate with Trammell Crow in a property management capacity and was recruited by the then City Leader of Trammell Crow to join JLL with him in 2000 as a financial analyst and research director. In this capacity, she was responsible for transaction analysis, local and national market research as well as agency and tenant representation transaction management and marketing efforts. Deana was elevated to Leasing Associate in 2005 and has since been recognized as a top producer in the commercial real estate industry. In the past ten years, Deana and her team have closed over $400 million in commercial real estate transactions and has worked with reputable investors such as TH Real Estate, HSBC, LaSalle Investment Management, TA Realty, Lonestar Funds and Starwood.
Education and Affiliations
Deana graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida, a CoStar Power Broker, a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Westshore Alliance and NAIOP.
