​Current responsibilities
Dean Campbell’s current position is Global Executive Vice President of Solutions Development in JLL’s Work Dynamics business located in JLL’s New York office.

In this role, Dean focuses on developing solutions for the firm’s corporate clients and prospects primarily in the Firm’s Northeast Region with a specific focus on clients looking to optimize their owned and leased property portfolio at a domestic, regional and/or global level.

In addition, Dean supports the growth and development of the Public Sector vertical. He is a member of JLL’s Global Solutions Development Board and reports to the Executive Managing Director of Solutions Development, Bob Hackett.

Experience
Dean comes to JLL from CBRE, who had acquired Johnson Controls Global Workplace Solutions business, located in their headquarters in Singapore. He held the position of Vice President of Growth and Client Solutions in Asia Pacific which included 22 countries bounded by Pakistan in West Asia, Australia and New Zealand in the Pacific, Japan and Korea in North Asia and Guam in East Asia. He was accountable for the net growth of the business and client solutions across all business lines, including Real Estate, Projects, Workplace Solutions, IFM and Energy Management.

Prior to working for JCI, Dean worked for ISS Global A/S in Singapore as Group Vice President of Global Corporate Clients, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In this role he was accountable for revenue, profit, cash conversion and ROCE for Global Corporate Clients (multi-country, multi-function), across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, including all non-ISS presence countries such as Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Guam, Macau, Middle East and Pakistan.

Previously, Dean was the Commercial Director for ISS Australia accountable for portfolio growth; and General Manager, Business Development for Spotless Services Australia and New Zealand.

Since 2003, Dean has been a representative on various Executive Leadership groups within these companies.

Education
Dean received “B” Bursary in Economics, Art History, Geography, and History in 1985. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury in 1988 and received his Associate Diploma of Business and Advanced Marketing Certificate from the Institute of Technology in Sydney Australia in 1994.

Between 2003 and 2007, Dean attended the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA, now Kaplan) and graduated with a Diploma in Financial Analysis and Evaluation.
