Current Responsibilities:

Daymon is a Senior Vice President/Regional Manager for JLL Retail, providing daily management and operational oversight of numerous assignments within JLL including multiple client locations spanning the continental United States. His responsibilities are to provide superior client service through the creation of strategic property goals which ensure the general facility maintenance, operations, financial performance, and reporting objectives are met. Working closely with his team of property management professionals and facility managers, Daymon manages client, tenant, and vendor relations, ensures monthly inspections of all the sites, and effectively implements cost efficiency and sustainability programs at the properties.

In addition to Daymon’s other duties, he oversees annual financial aspects for existing clients, including annual budgeting and forecast preparation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Experience:

Daymon has a diverse background which includes over 35 years of experience in the shopping center industry. His real estate knowledge spans from managing multi property, retail, office, and warehouse facilities" for consistency. Prior to joining JLL, Daymon served in multiple management roles through Veritas Realty, Aronov Realty, Heitman Retail Properties, David Hocker and Associates, as well as spending several years as a Leasing Director for Disc Jockey Music stores with locations throughout the continental United States. Throughout his career, Daymon has developed and maintained strong working relationships with clients, vendors, retailers and community leaders throughout in the locations where he managed sites. Daymon also started, ran, and sold several businesses throughout his working career and well-versed in all aspects of the business cycle in multiple business lines.

Education And Affiliation:

Daymon is a current member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and completed Management 1 and Management 2 certifications through their programs. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky and holds a Kentucky Real Estate Broker License through the KREC.
